The Birth Doula Package

Each session is approximately 1 to 2 hours
First Session
- learning about the environment you will be birthing in (hospital, home or other available birthing locations)
- learning about your birthing preferences
- ways of working through fears you may have
- going through different pain theories and different medications offered if needed
- body part by body part relaxation
Second Session
- stages and phases of labor
-comfort measures through different stages of labor including breathing techniques
-making a postpartum plan
-learning to advocate for yourself
-body part by body part relaxation
-discussion about feeding options
Alongside for your birth!
We will talk about in our sessions what this looks like for you.
Third Session Postpartum
-checking in with your emotions and your overall experience
- discussing baby feedings
While working together I am available 24/7 via text and can suggest any additional resources you may require
(naturopath, dietician, lactation consultant, etc.)
