About Me and
Make Love Community

Sat Nam Every-Body, its so nice to meet you here! My name is Kristin and I started this online community to join individuals together on their journey  to their true self.

And what exactly is our true self.. before the world told us who we were! Hint, hint, this has a lot to do with how we experience our pregnancy!

Check out the online forum where we can all connect and discuss topics like Kundalini Yoga, pregnancy, post-partum care! I love sharing what I have learnt on my own journey and hearing what you have too!

I have currently been a birth doula for the past 3 years (Insured with the Association of Ontario Doulas) and I have found that when I am working with individuals sometimes they have fears that are not necessarily theirs but just taught to them at a young age by what society tells them birth should be. Pregnancy can be a beautiful experience when individuals stand in their own truth. As a birth doula I like to work with clients to find what that is for their highest consciousness. That doesn't mean everything is going to go as exactly as planned, but it does mean that they have the tools to make their own empowering choices.

Birth to me is an experience of beginning a new life cycle; beautiful, challenging, vulnerable, powerful, and courageous. With the opportunity for us to prepare for brave, informed births, I believe that we could eliminate fear and insecurities in our children, ultimately leading to healthier, empowered individuals who have confidence with a strong sense of self throughout the journey of their life.

As a doula I love helping parents feel comfortable, prepared, and empowered throughout all stages of their birth.  Reminding individuals of their true self is a great place where I like to begin; looking at, understanding, and working through fears you may have. I like to integrate my experience and practice of being a Kundalini Yoga Teacher to show you new ways of healing, relaxing and breathing. My hope is that this will lead you to have a more fulfilling pregnancy experience for you and your newborn baby.
